We supported the shareholders of Euro Motors Italia in the sale of 100% of their shares to Orange1 Holding. Euro Motors is a company with over thirty years of experience in the production of electric motors and ventilation units for the refrigeration and air conditioning sectors.

Founded in 1989, Euro Motors Italia is now one of Europe’s leading operators in the industrial ventilation sector. The company employs 120 people and generates annual revenues of approximately €25 million. It stands out for its highly specialized technical expertise, production reliability, and local roots.

The industrial project aims to promote operational synergies with targeted investments to support growth, ensuring the continuity of production activities at the existing plant in Grezzago (MI).
