Alisea Corporate Finance assisted Delta Plus Group in the acquisition of Baspa, a leading Chilean company in the production of reusable respiratory protection masks under the Air brand.

Delta Plus Group, headquartered in France and listed on Euronext Growth Paris, is one of the world’s leading players in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sector. With revenues of around €400 million, it is recognized for its solid international presence and sustainable growth strategy.

Baspa, founded in Santiago, Chile, has rapidly established itself as a national benchmark in reusable respiratory protection, thanks to strong vertical integration and solid profitability.

 This transaction marks the eighth deal completed by Alisea Corporate Finance in 2025, confirming the company’s ability to support its clients in high-profile international M&A operation.
