Liebenau acquired two RSA in Novara, Italy

Alisea Corporate Finance advised Liebenau Impresa Sociale S.r.l. on the acquisition of two residential care homes in Novara from emeis Italia S.p.A.

The transaction was completed through the acquisition of the share capital of Solidarietas S.r.l., with the support of Punto Service and AGF S.r.l., companies operating in the personal services sector, particularly for seniors.

Liebenau Impresa Sociale S.r.l. is owned by Stiftung Liebenau, a German foundation with over 150 years of experience in the social services sector.

Emeis Italia S.p.A. is part of the French emeis group, a global player in social and healthcare assistance, as well as in the development of high-comfort hotel facilities for the care and accomodation of vulnerable individuals.
