With the acquisition of Sicur Delta, Delta Plus gains a key operational base in Italy, strengthening its positioning and expanding its offering in fall protection systems, while generating commercial synergies with the Group’s existing operations in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain.
