Alisea Corporate Finance assisted Urgo Group in the acquisition of Nutriexperts, a Spanish company specialized in the development and commercialization of premium food supplements.

Urgo, a French family-owned group, is one of the leading European players in the health and wellness sector, particularly active in advanced wound care, OTC products, and food supplements.

Founded in 2018 in Spain, Nutriexperts distributes its own brand of dietary supplements, Nutralie, which is a market leader in Spain. The company operates in 4,500 Spanish pharmacies and has expanded its business to Italy and France.

This transaction marks the third European acquisition for Urgo Healthcare this year, following the acquisitions of Vista-Life Pharma in Belgium and MyBestPharm in Poland. It is part of Urgo’s growth strategy aimed at strengthening its position in the food supplement segment and supporting the group’s development in key European markets.

Through this deal, Urgo expands its offering in the nutraceutical sector and consolidates its presence in Southern Europe, leveraging a recognized brand and the high value-added expertise of Nutriexperts’ founders, Rodrigo Cernadas and David Garcia, along with their team.
